All services are performed by our team or verified partners with the goal of improving your business operations through automation.
Consultations, demos, and onboarding sessions may be scheduled through our website, form submissions, or direct contact.
You agree to provide accurate information during setup or consultation.
We require timely cooperation, including access to necessary accounts (e.g., domain, CRM, integrations) for project completion.
Failure to provide required access or information may delay service delivery or project timelines.
Payment terms vary depending on the selected plan or service.
• Payment is due upon project initiation or subscription activation unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, ACH, or approved digital transfer.
• Setup fees are non-refundable once project work has begun.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services or system access until resolved.
• For recurring subscriptions, payments will renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.
• You may cancel your service or subscription by contacting us directly at least 7 days before your next billing date.
• Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding or account configuration has started.
• cancellations made after renewal may not be eligible for a refund but will stop future billing cycles.
• AutoMatrix Systems reserves the right to cancel or suspend services for misuse, breach of terms, or non-payment.
By engaging our services, you agree to:
• Provide timely information and access needed to complete setup or service delivery.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and system access.
• Use our systems and tools responsibly, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not hold AutoMatrix Systems liable for delays caused by missing or inaccurate information provided by you.
We aim to deliver high-quality service and client satisfaction.
If you experience issues with your system setup or service delivery, notify us within 7 business days of completion so we can investigate and resolve the concern.
All services are provided “as-is.” While we take every measure to ensure performance and reliability, AutoMatrix Systems is not liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Downtime or disruptions caused by third-party software or integrations.
• Results that depend on external factors beyond our control (e.g., ad performance, lead quality).
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
All content, branding, code, systems, and marketing materials created by AutoMatrix Systems remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use deliverables (e.g., websites, CRM assets, automations) for business operations but may not resell, redistribute, or misrepresent them as their own intellectual property.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
